Founded in 2021, we are more than just a football academy; we are a non-profit community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people in Bamenda and beyond. We believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves the chance to chase their dreams. That’s why we provide free, high-quality football training to talented, less-privileged youth, using the beautiful game as a powerful vehicle for positive change. Every great dynasty has a beginning. Every roaring flame starts with a single spark.
For the ALL STARS FOOTBALL ACADEMY OF BAMENDA (ASFAB), that defining moment came on the 10th of October, 2021.It was more than just a date on the calendar; it was the day a bold vision for the future of football in Bamenda was born. On that day, a dream was planted—not just to create footballers, but to forge future leaders, scholars, and champions of character.
Policy Statement
Allstars Football Academy Bamenda is committed to creating a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all children and young people who participate in our activities. We believe that the welfare of the child is paramount, and all children, without exception, have the right to protection from abuse, neglect, and harm.
Every member of our staff, volunteer, coach, and parent/carer has a responsibility to understand their role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.
This policy applies to all individuals involved in the academy’s operations, including paid staff, volunteers, senior management, and coaches.
